Many of us are not prepared to face the challenges in the jungles. It is just an initiation for you to meet the "Masters of the Jungle" especially when you are in group travel.

a. Silence is the key here!   Never try to disturb the environment.
    Put your mobile phone under silent mode or switch off or at    the best throw it off.

b. Wear clothes that are comfortable for running in case of emergency. May be a Bermuda or trax suit is fine. It is a big No-No to lungi and jeans.

c. Always wear shoes, so that you need to run faster than your neighbour or friend!

d. Colour of clothes is important. It can be any colour as long it is green! and its shades. A big no to white esp with regard to elephants.

e. Drinks or perfume are a big No with animals. They can smell the rat before you arrive!

f. Caps and goggles are must, as most of the trekking happens in early morning or night. This is the ideal time to sight animals.

g. Your vehicle driver should be atleast a generalist in driving under wild conditions. Ask him to stop the vehicle and not go near to it. he should not switch off the engine. if there is any danger, switch on the headlights or make a quick fire!

You have your base camp near kotagiri. The catherine falls is near to your resort. There is every chance for you to meet bison or gaur on your trip in the early mornings! we can accomodate max of 12 persons here. Home cooked Food is available for you. Masinagudi

masinagudi, is situated just before the mudumalai wildlife sanctuary, but is the place where most of the action happens. There is a morayar river to add. You also have plenty of activities to do. we can accomodate more than 60 persons.

1. jeep safari inside the Mudumalai wildlife sanctuary,
2. swimming or fishing , elephant safari,
3. Mountain trekking and
4. jeep safari inside bandipur wildlife sanctuary.

You get to see the big cats, if you are lucky! Elephants are common here.

The accomodation ranges from tree house, glasshouse to cottages to suit your convenience. we also have swiss tents. There is a restaurant to take care of your taste buds! serving you delights.

Kabini River

Our top camp is the Kabini river lodge. It is a colonial type structure designed to meet modern day's Living. it can accomodate up to 60 persons. There is no Aircondition or Television. Even mobiles phones will be out of range! Ideal to unwind, rejuvente amidst natural surroundings.

Plenty of scope to see the wild animals esp leopard, tiger, elephants , deer, wild dogs... and what not. if you are an angler, less said the better!
